The apartment complex is located in one of the best districts of Kazan, near the MEGA shopping center. "My Rhythm" is built on the concept of "city in the city", which implies an integrated development of the area. The complex is designed to leave the noisy streets outside and create an atmosphere of calm and comfort inside.
In the design of public spaces we wanted to convey the philosophy of the entire residential complex. This principle was applied both to the entrances and hallways of the standard floors. These are the comfort-class houses, so metal, porcelain stoneware and other high-quality materials are used in the exterior design.
