The Skolkovo Foundation regularly opens representative offices in the regions, the next project was the Nobel Technology Park in Izhevsk. We are accredited with the foundation, so we were invited to develop the general concept of the technology park.
Our team studied the experience of Skolkovo and other similar projects, we went even deeper into the specifics of the region. A detailed concept resulted from this work: from the recommended types of tenants and infrastructure solutions to service structures and the location of ATMs.
The next step for us was to work on the public areas: the entrance hall, hallways, and conference rooms. A stand-alone project was the design of a 700 m² co-working space on the top 13th floor of the building.
