This is the project of the reconstruction of the iconic park in Lipetsk. "Bykhanov Garden" is a specially protected natural territory and a place where exotic trees grow. The new concept of the park preserves the existing plantings and layout and is aimed at making the area interesting for different categories of people. Small architectural forms underline the uniqueness of the public space, their design is stylized in the manner of branches.
250 energy-saving lamps illuminate the promenade areas, and more than a hundred benches made of wood and dark metal are installed. Instead of the old dance floor, an amphitheater is constructed.
In the sports area there are three tennis courts with safe surfaces. Many playgrounds equipped with playing facilities and swings. In total, more than 20,000 square meters of sidewalks, paths and playgrounds are renovated as part of the project. More than two hundred small architectural forms and a monument to the park's founder, the famous Lipetsk horticulturist Vasily Bykhanov, are added to the park.
