We're trying to grow, and as a rule work on bigger projects, and work more with Developers. But when friends ask you to help, it's hard to turn them down. This project was designed for our friends. They asked us to act not only as designers, but to take full control of the project. So, we had to hire a team of finishers, order all the furniture and control the performance the cleaning service.
We believe that we have successfully accomplished this task and made a cool project. Speaking of its success, when friends had moved to another country and decided to sell the house, it took them only one day to sell the house without losing a penny on their investment.
