A challenging geography is the foundation for non-standard architectural solutions, not a disadvantage. The project of a nine-story residential building in the small town of Aznakaevo takes into account the steep terrain, proximity to the Chernaya River and open green spaces on both sides.
In the future some urban land improvement is planned near the river, as well as the construction of a volleyball and tennis centers. That is why we created a project of an apartment building "for future developments", considering the future needs of the tenants.
