The project adheres to the visual standards of the Russian Federal Tax Service, bringing in relevant elements of the identity for this particular project. This is expressed most clearly in the façade of the building. It runs along the red line of the site, so
it optically overhangs in the wall fashion over the street. To counterbalance this effect, we proposed solutions that make it easier to perceive the façade visually. The customer approved the vision of the project. The project was performed as per the order of TatInvestGrazhdanProekt.
