The image of the design is dictated by the logic of one of the most spectacular locations of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Volga and Kama rivers meet here, and residents of Kazan come here for the unique natural beauty. Therefore, it was important to keep the lightness of the place.
The building is located on the bank of the Volga river, there is
a restaurant on the first floor and commercial premises on the second. Only ecological materials are used in the project, and its architecture is in accordance with the design of the embankment. The lamellas on the façade protect visitors from the sun and aesthetically make the façade look lighter.
